Oh my goodness! This past weekend I met up with these two for their Faust Park anniversary session and we had such an incredible time!! It was crazy hot and humid, but you would never know with these two!! I always feel so bad asking my couples to “cuddle” and “nuzzle” when we’re all dripping sweat, but it’s always so, so worth it! (Obviously, because helllooo these guys are stunners!) I’m convinced that there is something about Missouri heat and humidity that causes the best golden hour. Someone please tell me this is a real thing, because I’m almost sure of it!

These guys have been married for a year now, yet the love that they share and show to one another is a constant. Most of the time I’m photographing engaged or newly married couples – full of such joy and excitement!! But alongside that, these two share a deep, steadfast, and abiding love that I wholeheartedly believe comes with pushing through the ups and downs of life and coming out victorious on the other side. It’s a beautiful, beautiful thing to not only witness, but photograph. Man, I’m grateful for such incredible people. Alex and Veronica – thank you so much for braving the crazy summer heat to make some killer images. You guys are the raddest! ;) Hope you enjoy!!
