I had such a blast putting together this year’s client Christmas gifts! Last year I sent out these delicious (if I may say so myself!) custom cookies that were absolutely amazing, so I guess I was sticking with the food theme this year too with my mugs + hot chocolate! I found these darling mugs at Crate and Barrel that were the perfect color – so I had to pick them up for my clients this year! I love sending a little something sweet to say Merry Christmas and thank you for such a sweet year spent together! And it’s so fun to see texts/instagrams from my sweet brides putting their mugs to good use!!
I believe that loving on the community and people that are already involved in your business is such a greater investment than throwing money into advertising or marketing. Those avenues aren’t bad, but loving your clients well means that they are that much more likely to tell their friends about you! Because they felt like they were apart of an experience as opposed to a transaction. As a wedding photographer, your role is far greater than showing up on the wedding day to simply do your job and leave. It’s about knowing your couples well so that you can capture those special, intimate moments that are so near and dear to their hearts. It’s about soothing nerves, celebrating highs, and rejoicing in the beauty of every moment of their day. It’s such a beautiful thing!
Here’s a little peek at the behind the scenes of putting together everyone’s package! I had myself a little post office going on for a few days! ;)
I have to share a little peek at some of the images I received from my sweet brides!! How fun is this?
My biggest piece of advice to growing business owners… invest in the people that make your business possible – because they’re the reason you are doing what you’re doing!
Much love,
