A few months ago I decided I wanted to create a shoot that defined my aesthetic and goal as an aspiring wedding photographer and it was so fun watching this big idea unfold into reality!
Missouri has a tendency to have total mood swings with its weather, and we just so happened to get a chilly, windy day for the shoot, but Kevin and Jordan were total troopers and an absolute joy to photograph! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, rustic location for this shoot to take place, and it was such a blast planning and putting everything together.
I’m a believer in big, crazy dreams and pursuing your passions and this is what this shoot was all about. Not only did I have the honor of working with some incredible businesses, I also had the pleasure of working with incredible, kind-hearted people. I couldn’t recommend any of these vendors enough! From the stunning, princess-like details of the wedding dress to the hand-lettered invitations, I couldn’t have imagined anything more perfect! AH. Love this! Doing a styled shoot is a splendid idea, and yours turned out so beautifully! I absolutely LOVE the colors you chose – bride’s sweater, bouquet, FALL leaves… and the simple wedding cake and chalkboard added such a nice touch!
