Walt and Valerie came into town this past weekend for their engagement session and we had such a sweet time! The rain thankfully held off for us and we were able to squeeze in some beautiful portraits for the two of them! These two have such a beautiful love that radiates from within them. I’ve known Valerie for almost ten years and I’ve never seen her so full of life and joy than when she is with Walt. He makes her laugh and giggle like none other – they come to life around each other and it’s such a precious thing to behold. Walt is the calm, steady leader to Valerie’s passionate personality. They compliment and bring out the best in each other. Their love for the Lord is powerful and their relationship epitomizes the real purpose behind love and marriage. “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.” I know that the Lord brought these two together because they will be more effective and powerful for His purposes together – and that’s a beautiful thing to be apart of.
