I'm a wedding photographer living outskirts of St. Louis with my sweet husband! When I'm not hanging with my amazing couples, you can catch me whipping up some delicious food or perusing the local thrift store for some finds.

Have you ever met those people who are just fun to be around? They are bubbly, happy, and you just can’t help but walk away from them with a smile on your face? That’s Zach and Lauren.
I met up with these two last weekend for coffee and we chatted for a little bit, and then ventured out into the cold for their session. Seriously, these guys were troopers because was freeeezing outside, but it was totally worth it. Zach tickled and joked and Lauren looked like a gorgeous super model the whole time. You know, typical. ;)
There are honestly no words that to express what an awesome time I had shooting their images! My heart’s desire and passion is to capture love… it’s kind of the best. This was my first engagement session and it definitely reinforced that this is really what I love to do. To me, there is nothing else like freezing these precious moments in time.
Giggles, whispers, kisses… they are my favorite.
Zach and Lauren, thank you so much for this opportunity! It honestly was such a joy to spend some time with you both and I am honored that you chose me to capture a few hours of your sweet love. Praying for you all as you start this brand new (crazy exciting!) life together! :)
I have the Mark 2! I really, really love it. Once you figure out the focusing system (I switched from Nikon) it really is the best! A lot of people say Canon focusing is a mess, but if you know how it works and you get it to lock in the results are just gorgeous. :) I would totally recommend it.
Okay, thanks! I am panning on upgrading from the T2i (great camera, but I need something a little more heavy duty). I am looking at the Mk 2 and 3 and trying to decide which one I want to get, although it think I will end up getting the MK 2 because it is cheaper =D .
I love the one of them sitting on the porch looking at camera. It’s my fav! But all of them are really beautiful. Great job, girlie. Congratulations, Zach & Lauren.
Wow these are awesome!! You did a fabulous job with your lighting and how you captured their love. You go girl! :)
These are beautiful!! Great job, girl!
Theses are all so cute and inspiring! Wonderful job, I love your photography so much!
Question: Do you have the Mark 2 or 3? How do you like it?
