Oh friends, I don’t even know where to begin with these two. Jake and Alexis had the most beautiful, sunny day for their Neo on Locust wedding and y’all – I’m pretty sure it was one of the sweetest days I’ve ever been a part of! These two met for the first time in 2008 and went on their first date in 2010… and I’d guess you’d say the rest is history. ;) I can’t even begin to tell you how incredibly sweet and emotional this day was. There were countless times I was wiping tears behind my camera because these two and the love they share is just so tender, kind, and joyful. They didn’t stop smiling all day long and I don’t blame them one bit!! Jake loves Alexis with such a strong, steady, adoring love and Alexis couldn’t have been more overjoyed to marry the man of her dreams. I truly couldn’t have had a more incredible wedding to kick off my 2017 wedding season… what a sweet reminder of what a GIFT and honor this job is. I’m 100% certain I have THE BEST couples – without a shadow of a doubt.
