Friends!! I am so so excited to share today’s news!! Learning through and from other people + connecting with other small business owners has been huge for my business and growing myself in this crazy industry! I remember what it was like when I was just starting out and had no idea where to begin. Questions like, “What in the world do I say during a bridal consult?” and, “how do I capture beautiful images regardless of the light/weather/outside circumstances?” and “where do I even BEGIN with marketing and attracting my ideal client?” gosh – it can be so overwhelming!! I wholeheartedly believe that coming together as a community and learning together is so *huge* for each and every photographer, aspiring business owner, or whoever you are, wherever you are on this journey. Which is why I am so stoked to share that my sweet friend Courtney and I are hosting a WORKSHOP!!
Saturday, March 5th from 9am-6pm in St. Louis, Missouri join us for a day of learning focused on growing YOU as a creative! We will be covering details such as shooting in manual, booking + interacting with your clients, posing + running a shoot (including a super rad styled shoot where you can put your newfound knowledge to use!), creating beautiful images, basic workflow (culling, editing, delivery), the backend of running a business, Q + A and so much more!!

Our desire is for every person to leave feel inspired and equipped to grow themselves. *Honesty moment!* In some ways I feel absolutely crazy announcing that we will be hosting a workshop because I know that I have so far to go and so much room to grow. But I remember what it was like just starting out and how overwhelming the photography world can be – and I hope that the things I’ve learned over the past 4 years will help you grow (and learn from my mistakes!!) all while making new friends and connections – because we are really all in this together!
