World, meet Ashlynne. 

We met almost exactly a year ago today. It’s crazy how much year changes things because I’m not sure what I would have done over this past year without this dear friend by my side. It’s comforting to know that she is always simply a text message away. We share the same passions and dreams for our futures. Sometimes we make up awesome hashtags like #wifeprep because that’s really why we clean bathrooms. ;) This girl is a keeper, and one of my very greatest friends. 

It’s hard to put into words what it looks like to have the very best of friends. Ashlynne is genuine in the most kind and beautiful way. Her heart is full – full of passion for the things that truly matter, full of love for the Lord, and full of love for others. You can’t help but walk away from a conversation with her feeling loved and cared for – because she loves well and cares deeply. Serving is her second nature and joy is her song. Her heart is pure and golden – through and through. I’m so grateful to have a life-long friend in her. 

While I was in Washington, a group of us found a spot on the side of the road and I got her gorgeous self in front of my camera. Ashlynne can attest to the fact that I was literally jumping up and down with excitement over these images – I mean, would you just look at that background? Good grief. I’ll shoot in Washington any day! (PS – there are more of this lovely lady to come!)
