This sweet little lady has been my model as of late! I’ve been wanting to free lens for awhile now… I tried free-lensing when I had my Nikon, but for some reason it just didn’t produce the same results as my Canon (shout out to my Canon buddies!). Tonight I decided to just go and shoot for myself, and though it didn’t turn out perfect, it was fun. Despite the 95 degree weather and sweaty fear that I would drop my equipment, I was excited over this new technique. I want to begin pushing myself more and getting outside of my comfort zone. Life starts to get exciting when you move outside those easy places.

And as summer comes to a close, my heart is oh so excited for fall! My favorite season. I’m very much looking forward to cool evenings, crunchy leaves, and my always dear boots. Not to mention a weekend visit from a very dear friend, styled shoot (!!!), and fall sessions! Life is full, yet busy and good. Happy Thursday!
