We went to the lake a few weekends ago, and I remembered how much I enjoy that part of summer. We’ve gone to the lake every year for as long as I can remember. Even though the trips get fewer each year as we get older and busier, I still love those short in-between crazy summer moments we spend down there. We lathered on sunscreen, went tubing, ate delicious food, and soaked up the sun (or in my case, aquired double the amount of freckles). Tonight I’m off to see The Dark Knight Rises with my boy and some friends! Can’t wait!
