let us press on to know the Lord;
His going out is sure as the dawn;
He will come to us as the showers,
as the spring rains that water the earth.

it seems like we don’t believe God is all those things He promises us in His word. we don’t believe He truly is powerful and has everything in His control. we don’t rely on Him, rest assured and unafraid. if we strive after Him — press on to know Him — He will come. He will be there for us. He will provide. has it ever stopped raining? no, it never has. neither do i think God will ever stop coming. His coming is as sure as the rain. so let it pour – let it rain. let Him come.
