i love being busy. i love having something to do, somewhere to be, deadlines to meet (unless they involve something lame… like math) but sometimes it’s really nice to just be still. to be calm. for everything to be peaceful. in the midst of crazy today there is rest. a bit of respite. and I’m soaking it in. i’m thankful for life. but maybe i’m most thankful for quiet. for alone time, for stillness. and for my Savior. who becomes more real in my life everyday. who gives me life, abundant and overflowing.
