I'm Jessica Lauren - a wedding photographer for happy couples who are stoked about their wedding day! I couldn't be more thrilled that you stopped by! This is where I share bits and pieces of my passionate heart, spontaneous adventures, and pretty pictures of my rad clients! Feel free to grab a cup of coffee and stay awhile! xoxo
You guys, what a GIFT this day was!! I don’t know that I have ever witnessed so much HEART in one wedding day. A little backstory here – I didn’t have the chance to meet Hannah or Kevin until their wedding day rolled around as they are both in the military and stationed out of state. It’s incredibly rare for me to not have photographed or grabbed coffee with my couples before the wedding, but goodness sakes – these two felt like dear friends within the first five minutes I was there!!
As I thought through Kevin and Hannah’s day and tried to decipher what made it stand out so much, I realized that their day was so powerful because of where they put their focus. It didn’t matter what anyone looked like, it didn’t matter how the flowers or decorations turned out, it didn’t matter if something was thrown together last minute – both Kevin and Hannah were wholly focused on one another and the PEOPLE in their lives! It’s not to say that their details & day weren’t beautiful, but the real joy came from the fact that they were finally MARRIED, and had the opportunity to celebrate their relationship with all of their favorite people by their side. It was incredible to witness!
Kevin and Hannah, thank you for allowing me the joy of documenting your AMAZING day!! I adore you two and know that you guys are going to make the greatest team. And I’m so dang grateful that I had the opportunity to document day one of your new adventure together. Love you guys!
A huge shoutout to our amazing vendor team!
