Okay y’all – I am SO stinking excited to have these two on the blog today! You’ll probably recognize Caitlin and Luke because they are definitely some familiar faces around these parts! We photographed their engagement photos almost two years ago and almost exactly a year ago (in 3 days!!) they were married. Last weekend it just so happened that I was in Bloomington for a wedding, so it was only fitting that we did an anniversary session with these guys to commemorate the occasion!

It’s absolutely mind-blowing to me that not only do I get to be a part of one of the BIGGEST days of people’s lives, but that so often I build these friendships that truthfully such a gift. I’m so grateful for clients that are real life friends – ones that you mutually bond with over your love with Mexican food and chat with for hours about life, family, work… you name it! These guys are the real deal. They love Jesus with a passion and love one another SO well because of that. Basically, if you aren’t friends with Luke and Caitlin – you should be. They’re pretty incredible people.

Also, in case anyone was wondering… Caitlin and I are already chatting about epic plans for next year’s session. GET STOKED, y’all!! Caitlin & Luke – I love you guys and am so grateful not just to be your photographer, but friend. <3 Happy, happy anniversary!!
